RESOLUTION NO. 2013-051
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF
HENNEPIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE FUND
FOR THE OXFORD GREEN PROJECT
WHEREAS the City of Hopkins has received an application for a concept review for
the Oxford Green project submitted by Project for Pride in Living; and
WHEREAS the applicant has requested the City's support in their application for
Hennepin County Environmental Response Fund grant funding
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that, after appropriate examination and
due consideration, the governing body of the City finds that the City of Hopkins approves the
use of Hennepin County Environmental Response Fund for the Oxford Green project, for,
which an application is being submitted by Project for Pride in Living to the Minnesota
Brownfields' Brownfield Gap Financing program funded with an Environmental Response
Fund grant from Hennepin County Department of Environmental Services.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 20t` day of August, 2013.
