RESOLUTION 2013-063
RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGN AGREEMENT
COTTAGEVILLE PARK IMPROVEMENTS PHASE I
CITY PROJECT 2012-13
WHEREAS, a Master Plan and Feasibility Report have been prepared for the
improvement of Cottageville Park; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that the improvements will enhance the
neighborhood and City; and
WHEREAS, the next step is to prepare the documents necessary to construct the
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota, that the proposed improvements be referred to the firm Cunningham Group
for the development of the needed construction documents.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 1St day of October, 2013.
