RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AND
AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT
2012 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT 2011-10
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on May 16, 2012,
Midwest Asphalt Corporation, has satisfactorily completed construction of the 2012 Street
and Utility Improvements Project, commonly known as City Project 2011-10, in
accordance with such contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota, that:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby declared accepted and approved.
2. Order for final payment on such contract is hereby ordered, taking the contractor's
receipt in full
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 4`h day of November, 2013.
