Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 8:35 p.m.
Present at the meeting were:

Council nzember Gadd updated the Council on Lite Rail ai�d Yellow Ribbon.
Council meinber Cummings stated that a resident inquired if the city has an ordinance on bce-
keeping.
Council member Youakim inquired about a link on thc web to Southwest Site.
City Manager Mornson update:
• Reviewed more details far the State of the Ciiy and handed out the 2013 annLlal report.
There being no further business Council member Youakiin moved and Counci] member
Cummings seconded a motion to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent
at 9:15 pm.
